Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to provide you with a full refund, given you contact us within 24 hours of receipt with tags intact, minus the shipping costs. Please note that we will repair or replace items at our discretion. Once you contact our staff with your inquiry, you will be given an authorization for your return or repair. Refunds will be processed within one week, but may take longer to appear on your credit card statement.

For your protection, please ship your returns or repairs in the following manner:

Insure the item for its full value, pack the package with cushioning and double box, request a signature upon delivery, obtain your tracking number and do not make a jewelry reference on the box. You must pay your own return shipping costs on returns & exchanges.

Please note that AVANESSI is not responsible for stolen or damaged goods. Also, we will not refund or exchange items that have been sized or have had any custom work done such as shortened or made longer.

Shipping & Special Requests

Each item is made to order, therefore please allow 7-14 days from the date in which the order has been placed. An email notification will be sent, followed by a tracking number. All packages delivered will require a signature. Should you need something rushed, please contact us directly with your request. For shipping outside of the US, please contact us.
